Why M93 Design?

I spent a lot of my career working as a lighting designer and project manager at a SF Bay Area lighting company. I've done so many different things in my career. Designed complicated and intricate lighting rigs, as well as tiny boutique dinners, guided clients on the creative journey for thousands of people, or hundreds, loaded trucks, driven fork lifts, led heads of state into the venue, to their seat, and even valet their car. I’ve worked in many different styles within the events and entertainment industry like corporate meetings, immersive experiences, art shows, social gatherings, product launches, galas, fundraisers, and live nationally televised half time shows, and all of it had to happen on time, and on budget. I broke out on my own and started M93 Design as a way to focus my energies on things I'm good at doing, and having time to do things I love.

Why the name M93? It's simple. "M" is for Mickey, and 93 is my racing number.
